This article explains how to cancel your subscription through the customer billing portal.
Your subscription is managed through our secure billing portal powered by Zoho Billing. You can use the portal to view your subscription, manage payment details, view invoices, and cancel your subscription.
Please note that canceling your subscription will stop future recurring billing. Depending on the subscription terms, your access may either end immediately or remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Log in to the customer billing portal
Open the billing portal link provided when you signed up for your subscription.
If you cannot find the portal link, check your original subscription confirmation email or invoice email.
Go to your subscriptions
Once you are logged in, look for the section related to your active subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel
Click on the active subscription you would like to cancel.
Click the three-dot menu or cancellation option
In the subscription details page, click the three-dot menu or look for the option that says Cancel Subscription.
Choose when you want the cancellation to take effect
Depending on the available options, you may be able to cancel immediately or cancel at the end of your current billing period.
Confirm your cancellation
Follow the final prompts to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation or canceled immediately, depending on the option selected.
After canceling, you should receive a confirmation email from the billing system. We recommend keeping this email for your records.
If your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, you will still have access until that billing period ends. After that, your subscription will not renew.
